A & Y Buildtech Private Limited

We are right on the main road in Mahipalpur. If you come toward the traffic light, you will see K-27A. We are on the ground floor, which is nice because nobody has to climb any stairs to find A & Y Buildtech Private Limited. We are just a small outfit. We do construction and building technology work. It is noisy because of the main road traffic, but it makes us easy to find. We have people coming in and out all day. Sometimes it is vendors, sometimes it is workers. We keep the door open usually to let some air in. We are not doing anything fancy here. No big statements or anything like that. We just build things. We have been in Mahipalpur for a bit now. It is a good spot because it is close to everything. We have a few desks, a couple of chairs for visitors, and lots of folders piled up. It is a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent talking on the phone or checking on sites. We try to be helpful when people ask us questions about building stuff. We do not charge for advice if it is just a quick thing. We are just local people trying to make a living in the construction trade. The traffic light is the best landmark to use if you are looking for our office.
