Jpnovations Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is based on the 2nd floor of S-18, which is right near East Of Kailash. It's a busy part of South Delhi, but being one floor up helps keep things a bit quieter for us. We’ve been here for a while and the space is basically just a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of tangled cables. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re pretty much in the middle of where the work happens. There are about five of us here most days, just tapping away on keyboards and trying to get through the list of projects. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick chat about what needs to be done. The walls are a bit plain and the carpet is showing some wear, but it’s a functional place to get things done. East Of Kailash has plenty of spots to grab a quick lunch, so we usually just head out for half an hour or order something in. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't do big corporate meetings; we just talk over the desks when something needs sorting. It’s a practical way to work for a private limited company like ours. We mostly focus on software and technical work without much fuss or overcomplicating things. It’s just a normal workplace where we get on with the daily tasks.
