Sri Sai Ram Junior College

Sri Sai Ram Junior College is located right on the Main Road in A.S.Peta. It's a familiar sight for anyone living around Anumasamudrampeta in Nellore. We have been here for a good bit of time now. The college is easy to reach since it's on the main stretch. Traffic goes by all day, but inside we just focus on the lessons. It is a local place for local students. We don't have a huge campus with fountains or anything like that. It’s just a practical building where students come to study for their intermediate years. The classrooms are basic, with wooden benches and whiteboards. Our staff is mostly from the area, so we know the families well. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit muddy, but the students still show up. We keep a regular schedule. It’s not always quiet, especially during break times when everyone is out in the corridor talking. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just a junior college trying to help kids get through their exams. Most people find us through word of mouth. If you walk down Main Road, you can't really miss the sign. We open up early and stay until the last class finishes in the evening. It’s a steady routine that everyone here is used to. The town of Nellore has changed but we stay the same.
