Our office is tucked away in Flat No 5, right above Hotel Annapurna. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the hotel is, and the Ayyappa Temple is just a short walk away. Being in this part of Nellore is quite nice, though it can get pretty crowded during temple festivals. We mostly handle travel arrangements for people in the neighborhood. It started out small and stayed that way, which is fine by us. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling the bookings and talking to the drivers. We don't have any shiny brochures or fancy websites, just a notebook and some phone numbers. People stop by after eating at the hotel downstairs to ask about car rentals or bus tickets. It’s a simple setup. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much for older folks, but we usually go down to meet them if they call ahead. We try to keep the vehicles in decent shape, though the local roads can be rough on them. There’s always something to fix or a route to figure out. We aren't experts in everything, but we know how to get someone from point A to point B. It’s a quiet business for the most part, except when the traffic outside gets heavy. We just take things one day at a time here near the temple. It is a bit messy sometimes but the work gets done.
