Eagle Restaurant

Eagle Restaurant is over in Vedayapalem, right opposite Simhapuri Hospital in Nellore. Because we are so close to the hospital, we see a lot of people who are there to visit patients or who work at the medical facility. It is a busy little corner of the town. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just a clean space with enough tables for people to sit down and have a quick meal. The sun in Nellore can be very strong, so we try to keep the inside as shaded as we can. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure we have enough fresh ingredients for the day. The menu is simple and we don't change it much because people like to know what they are getting. You can hear the ambulances and the traffic from the hospital area all day long. It's a practical place for people who don't have a lot of time and just want something to eat. We do all the cleaning and the serving ourselves, and we've been doing it this way for quite a while. The floor is tiled and easy to mop, which we do several times a day to keep things looking okay. We aren't trying to be a five-star place, just a spot in Vedayapalem for the locals and the hospital visitors. We just stay focused on the work and the people who come through our doors.
