We are located at Shop No 2 in the Pmr Complex, which is right by the Simhapuri Hotel and the railway station. It’s a very busy area with people constantly rushing to catch their trains. Being next to Kaveri Travels means there’s always a lot of travel activity around here. We’ve been running this agency for a while, mostly helping people with their tickets and travel plans. The noise from the station is something you get used to after a while. Our shop isn't very large, just enough room for a counter and a few chairs for customers to wait. We deal with a lot of last-minute requests because of the location. It can get stressful when someone misses a train and needs a car immediately. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the routes well. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer acts up, which makes things harder, but we manage to get the tickets done. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just provide a service to the people who are traveling through Nellore or living nearby. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. It’s a fast-paced environment because of the trains, but we like the energy of the place. We just focus on the work and getting people where they need to go.
