Suvarnadhara Farmers Producer Company Limited is located over at Plot No. 17, Shyampark Society on Jnd Road. It's a decent enough spot for us to run things. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of employees in suits. It's mostly just a few of us handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with farming. We spend a lot of time talking about the soil and what the market is doing. Some days it feels like we’re just chasing our tails, but that’s the reality of this business. Being on Jnd Road makes it easy for folks to find us when they need to talk about their produce. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just want to make sure the work we do in the fields actually pays off. The office at Shyampark Society is where we keep the records and meet up to plan. It’s practical and a bit dusty sometimes, but it works for what we need. We've all grown up around here and we know the challenges farmers face. It isn't always easy, and there are plenty of long nights involved. We just keep our heads down and do the work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We're just regular people trying to make a living from the land. Sometimes we get it right, sometimes we learn the hard way, but we keep moving forward together as a group. That is just life.
