Down in Navsari district, specifically in Gandevataluka, we have our small base at Rs No. 2251 in Sutharwad. Annapoorneshwari Spnf Producer Company Limited is what we call ourselves. The name is a bit long, but it means something to us. Gandevi is a nice area, very green, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend our days working with the farmers around here, trying to get the natural farming practices to stick. It’s a lot of trial and error. You can usually find someone at the office at Sutharwad dealing with the day-to-day tasks. It isn't a high-pressure environment; we take things as they come. If a farmer has a problem with his crop, he comes here and we talk it out. We aren't experts in everything, but we have been doing this long enough to know the local soil. The building is just a regular place, nothing special to look at, but it’s where we keep our records and meet for our monthly gatherings. We try to keep things transparent so everyone knows where they stand. Navsari is famous for its fruit, and we are lucky to be part of that tradition, even if our group is still relatively small. It’s a quiet life, mostly, filled with the usual chores that come with running a producer company in a rural area like ours. We just keep at it.
