Navsari Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of House Number 464/1 in Gopiwadi Kum. This is in the K. Faliya area of Navsari. If you know Navsari, you know that the land here can be very productive if you treat it right. We are a small group of farmers who just wanted to have our own company so we could manage our own business. Gopiwadi Kum is a nice, green area and we feel right at home there. We aren't trying to be a huge enterprise that loses touch with the village. We mostly just sit around and figure out how to get our produce to the market without losing all our money to middle people. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We have our meetings in the house and sometimes out in the yard if the weather is nice. We talk about the fruit trees or the vegetable patches and what the rains have been doing lately. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get muddy, but we just keep going. It is a very local thing, and most of us have known each other since we were kids. There isn't any corporate polish here. We are just trying to make sure our families can keep farming for another generation. Navsari is our home, and we want to keep it that way through this little company. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
