The office is over at 17, Antaliya Road here in Bilimora. We are right by Vaniya Mill High School, which makes us pretty easy to find if you are around Navsari. It’s just a regular local travel spot. We spend most of our time at the desk handling bus bookings and looking at train schedules for people who walk in. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It gets a little noisy with the school kids outside during the afternoon, but we’re used to it by now. We mostly help folks get from one place to another without making it a big deal. Usually, someone is here from early morning until the sun goes down. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that. People just know where we are. If you need to go somewhere, you stop by and we see what’s available on the system. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to read the paper. We’ve been at this same spot for a good while. Navsari is a busy area and Bilimora has its own pace. We just fit into the daily routine of the neighborhood. It is a simple life running a travel desk, just checking dates and names and printing out tickets for the locals. It can get dusty with the road right there, so we are always wiping down the desks. Most people around here know us by name now. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the schedules. It is a bit of a small space, but it has everything we need to do the work. We usually have a pot of tea going in the corner too.
