Bombay Chicken Centre

Bombay Chicken Centre is located at 204, Narayan Chember on Zaveri Sadak in Navsari. We are right in the middle of Gujarat, India. This shop has been part of the street for a while now. Zaveri Sadak is a busy place with lots of people moving about all day long. We open up early to get everything ready for the customers. It’s a straightforward business. We sell chicken and we make sure it is what people want. There isn't anything fancy about 204 Narayan Chember. It’s a practical space where we do our daily work. The floors get washed down constantly and the knives are always sharp. We spend our time talking to the regulars who have been coming to us for years. Navsari is a small enough town that you get to know everyone's name. We aren't trying to be a big food corporation. We are just a local centre providing for the neighborhood. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the evenings when everyone is getting home from work and wants to pick up something for dinner. We just keep our heads down and serve the people. It’s hard work and it’s messy sometimes, but that is the nature of a chicken shop. We are happy to be part of the local market and just keep things running as they should be every single day.
