Our place is right here in Navsari, up on the fifth floor of the Indraprasth Apartment. If you know where Naranlala Hall is on Zaveri Sadak, then you’ve basically found us already. It’s a busy little area, especially during the day when everyone is out and about on the street. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling paperwork and talking to people who walk in looking for help with their trips. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space with desks and chairs where we get the work done. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up a bit, but that’s just how it is here. People usually come by after finishing their shopping nearby. We keep the doors open and try to stay on top of the bookings. Navsari is a small town so news travels fast, and most of our regulars live just a few blocks away. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running full speed. We aren't a big corporate setup with uniforms and scripts. We just know the travel business and try to help out whoever stops by the apartment. It’s a simple way of working. Most people who come here are our neighbors or friends of friends. We like it this way because it feels like a real part of the community here on Zaveri Sadak.
