C1 Customer First

We are over at 6/3, Amardeep Society on Maneklal Road in Navsari, Gujarat. It’s a residential society, so C1 Customer First is really part of the local neighborhood. We have a small office space here where we handle everything. Being in a place like 396445 In means we are surrounded by families and local shops. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, except when there is a festival or something going on in the street. We focus on helping customers and we take that name seriously, but we do it in a very low-key way. There are no big signs or flashing lights. Just a small desk, a couple of computers, and us. We drink a lot of tea and talk to people on the phone or over email all day. It’s a simple setup and we like it because it keeps us close to home. Maneklal Road is a nice part of town and we have been here for a good while now. We don't believe in having a big corporate image. We just want to be the people you can talk to when you have a problem. It’s not always easy and sometimes the work piles up, but we just take it one person at a time. The society is friendly and we often chat with the neighbors during our breaks. It's just a regular local business life for us.
