We have our little office at No. 169/170 in the Dudhia Talav Shopping Centre. It is a busy complex, especially on the weekends when everyone in town is out doing their shopping and running errands. Our space is tucked away in there among all the other small shops. We have a couple of desks, some old maps pinned to the walls, and plenty of notebooks for writing down notes. It is not a fancy travel agency with big glossy posters of beaches everywhere. We mostly just focus on helping people figure out their bus or train timings and getting their tickets sorted for them. It gets quite loud in the shopping center with all the people walking by and the other shopkeepers calling out to customers, but we do not mind the noise. It makes the day go by a lot faster when there is activity around. We have been in this spot for a good amount of time, so many of the regulars in the area know exactly where to find us when they need a hand. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know the routes and the prices by heart. Sometimes the computers are a bit slow, so we end up doing things the old-fashioned way with a pen and a ledger. We just try to be helpful to the folks who come in.
