Sri Sathya Sai Vidyaniketan

This school is right on National Highway 8 in Sisodra, Navsari. The pin code is 396463. Because we are near the highway, we see a lot of trucks and cars passing by all day. The school itself is a bit of a distance back from the road so it stays safe for the students. We have a decent-sized building with many classrooms. It’s a Vidyaniketan, so we follow a certain way of doing things, but it’s mostly just a regular school day for us. We have a morning assembly, classes, and then a break for lunch. The ground is quite large, which is nice for the kids to play sports. Navsari is a quiet town for the most part, though the highway is always busy. Our teachers come from the surrounding villages and the town itself. We don't have a glossy magazine about our school. If you visited, you’d see us in our everyday routine. We have some gardens that we try to keep green, though the sun in Gujarat can be very strong. The classrooms have simple desks and chairs. We don't use fancy technology for everything; we still rely a lot on books and talk. It’s a place that feels very grounded. We just aim to get through the syllabus and help the students with their daily lessons. It’s a local school for local families, and we’ve been here for many years. Everyone knows the Sri Sathya Sai Vidyaniketan building by the main road.
