Nandratan Foundry & Engg. Works Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No.1712 in the Gidc area of Sarigam, near Fansa Road. This part of District Valsad is heavily industrial, so we are surrounded by other plants and factories. Our foundry is a place of heat and hard work. We deal with casting and engineering, which means there is a lot of sand, metal, and fire involved in our daily routines. The air inside the workshop can get quite warm, especially in the summer months. We have a solid crew of workers who have been with the company for years. They know the rhythm of the foundry better than anyone. It’s not a glamorous job, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a finished casting come out right. The Gidc estate is quite large, so trucks are constantly moving in and out with raw materials and finished goods. Our plot is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own over the years. The office is a small partitioned space where we handle the paperwork and take calls, though most of the real action happens out on the floor. We aren't a high-tech startup; we are an engineering works that relies on experience and manual effort. Things aren't always perfect—sometimes a mold breaks or a shipment is delayed—but we deal with it as it comes. It’s just how things go in the foundry business in Sarigam. That is our reality.
