You’ll find us at Survey No.23/5 Paiki in Village Manda, which is part of the Sarigam GIDC. It’s a bit of a drive out here, and the roads can be a little rough depending on the season. Being in a village area that’s also an industrial hub gives it a different feel than the city. We have a decent amount of space for our metal work. There are stacks of raw material kept in one corner and finished parts in another. It’s a very hands-on environment. The sound of metal hitting metal is pretty much the soundtrack to our day. We wear our earplugs when it gets too loud, but mostly you just get used to it. The staff here are all local people who know their way around the machines. We don't have a fancy lunchroom, so we usually just sit together on the benches during the break. The air smells like iron and oil, which is pretty standard for a metal industry setup. We don't have any marketing brochures or a sales team. If someone needs something made or processed, they usually just show up at the gate or give us a call. We look at what they need and tell them if we can do it. It’s an honest way to work. We take pride in the fact that we can handle the heavy stuff without making a big fuss about it. We just keep our heads down and finish the day's tasks.
