You can find us at Punit Chambers, specifically in room 211, over in Sector-18. We spend most of our time here managing vegetable exports. It might sound like a big operation, but it’s mostly about coordination and keeping an eye on the clock. We are constantly on the phone making sure that the shipping containers are ready and checking if the harvest is coming in on time. The office here in Sector-18 is where we handle all the logs and shipping documents. It’s a small space with just a few desks, some computers, and a couple of chairs for when guests drop by. We aren’t the ones out in the dirt picking the vegetables ourselves, but we are the ones making sure they get to where they need to go across the borders. Sometimes there are delays at the port or with the customs paperwork, which makes for a very long day of waiting and making calls. It’s just me and two other staff members working here most of the time. We keep a small kettle in the corner for tea because we often start work before the sun is up. The building at Punit Chambers is easy to spot once you get into the sector. We don’t have a showroom or anything to sell directly to the public. It is strictly about the business of logistics and paperwork for us. Dealing with fresh produce means we have to work fast before anything spoils.
