Our place is in the Steel Chamber Tower, rooms B 627-628, right next to the Kalamboli Mtnl Office. If you’ve ever been to Kalamboli, you know it’s a hub for steel and transport. Narmada Agency fits right in there. We aren't a big, fancy firm. We’re more of a small office where we handle the paperwork and logistics for various agencies. It’s usually pretty busy, and the hallways of the tower are always full of people moving around. Our office has two rooms, but they’re usually filled with files and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't spend money on expensive furniture because it doesn't help us do our job any better. We just need a place to sit and talk to our clients. Most of our day is spent making sure things are where they’re supposed to be. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or trying to sound more important than we are. We’re just a group of people who know how the industry works in this part of town. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud enough to hear through the windows, but we just keep our heads down and get through the list of things to do. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen the steel market go up and down. We just stay steady and keep doing our part every day without any fuss.
