Exsan Specialities

Exsan Specialities is located at 82 New Chemical Zone in the M. I. D. C. Industrial Area in Taloja, Raigad. This is a real industrial spot, so it’s all about warehouses, factories, and big trucks moving in and out all day. The air always has that heavy industrial smell because of all the chemical plants nearby. Our place is a practical setup where we handle various specialty items. It’s not a place for white shirts; we are usually in work gear because things can get a bit messy on the floor. The weather in Raigad can be tough, especially when the monsoon hits and everything gets damp. We spend our time checking batches, moving drums around, and making sure the loading area is clear for the next delivery. There’s a small office space for the basic admin stuff, but most of the action is in the back. We have a small crew and we’ve been working together for a while, so we have a good rhythm going. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the equipment. We don't have any fancy signs or a polished lobby. It’s just a gate, a yard, and the work area. We usually start early when the air is a bit cooler, before the midday sun makes the metal roof bake everything inside. We focus on getting the orders out on time and making sure the inventory is right. It’s honest work in a tough environment, and we just get on with it.
