Croda India Company Private Limited is based out of Plot No. 1/1 Part Ttc Industrial Area. If you know the Thane Belapur Road, you know how busy it gets around here, especially near Koparkhairne. We have been in this spot for a while, tucked away in the industrial zone where there is always a lot of noise from the nearby factories and the heavy vehicles passing by. Our day usually starts pretty early because the heat gets quite bad by the afternoon. It is not a fancy office by any means, just a practical space where we handle all the paperwork and coordination for the chemical business. Most of the staff here live in Navi Mumbai or commute from Thane, so we are all very used to the local trains and the traffic jams that happen every single evening. There is a small tea stall just outside the gate where most of us gather for a break. It is a simple routine, really. We get the orders, manage the logistics, and make sure everything is moving like it should. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but that is just part of working in this area. We have got a lot of drums and containers moving in and out of the yard all day long. It is a bit dusty and the air smells like industry, but it is home to us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
