Our office is over at Plot 1 and 2 in the Bhumiraj Costa Ricca building. It’s on the 12th floor, so we have a decent view of Sector 18 and Palm Beach Road East. We deal in specialty chemicals. It’s the kind of work that involves a lot of technical specs and keeping track of various industrial compounds. We aren't a giant factory ourselves; we mostly handle the distribution and the paperwork side of the business from here. It’s a busy spot in Navi Mumbai. The traffic on Palm Beach Road can get pretty loud during the day, but we’re high enough up that it’s mostly just background noise. We started here because the location is convenient for logistics. Most of our day is spent on the phone with suppliers or checking on deliveries. We don’t have a flashy showroom because chemicals aren't really the kind of thing you put on display. We have a small team, and we’ve all been doing this for a long time. People know they can just call us and get a straight answer about what’s in stock. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising. We just focus on getting the right chemicals to the right people without any fuss. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and making sure we follow all the safety guidelines. We just try to be reliable and keep things moving. The elevator sometimes takes a while in the morning, but that is just part of being in a big building.
