L N Chemical Industries. Our location is at D14/10 in the T. T. C Industrial Area in Turbhe. It’s right near the P O K U Bazar, so there are always trucks and tempos moving around. Being in an industrial area means it’s loud and there is a lot of dust from the road. Our unit is a plain building where we handle all the chemical stuff. We have barrels and containers stacked up in the yard and inside the warehouse. It’s a hot place to work, especially in the afternoons, but we have some fans going. We don’t have a fancy office upstairs, just a small desk where we keep the logs and the delivery notes. Most of the day is spent checking the stock and making sure the orders are ready to go out to the bazaar or further away. The air smells a bit like chemicals sometimes, which is expected for what we do here. We are just a group of workers trying to keep things moving. There isn't any marketing team here, just us and the machinery. It’s a gritty environment, not like those clean offices in the city. We wear our work clothes and get our hands dirty. The floors are concrete and they've got some stains from over the years. We stay busy with the routine of the industrial zone. It’s hard work but it is what we know.
