Our small office is tucked away in Building H4 at Valleyshilp, which is over in Sector-36 of Kharghar. It is mostly a residential area, so it stays pretty quiet compared to the main city center. We have been working out of unit 1403 for a while now. We deal with solar monitoring systems, which basically means we help folks see exactly how much power their panels are making at any given time. It is technical work, but we try our best to keep it straightforward for everyone. The view from our office window is okay, but honestly, we spend most of our time at the desks looking at data on our screens. Kharghar is a bit of a trek for some people, but it has been a good spot for us so far. There is a lot of new construction happening all around here lately. We are not a huge team, just a few of us who know the technology inside and out. We do not have a big reception area or a fancy waiting room. People usually just call us or send an email rather than stopping by in person, which works out fine for us. It gets quite hot in the rooms during the afternoons, but we manage to get through it. We have had to learn a lot as the solar industry in India shifted. It involves a lot of troubleshooting and making sure the logs are accurate every single day. We just try to be helpful.
