Our workshop is located in the TTC Industrial Area, specifically at W-223 in the MIDC section of Kopar Khairane. It’s a proper industrial zone, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around nearby. We’ve been operating out of this unit for quite some time. The space is mostly filled with power tech equipment and various metal parts. It’s a dusty environment sometimes, but that’s just the nature of being in an industrial belt. We have a small office section partitioned off where we handle the billing and phone calls, but most of the action happens on the floor. The guys here have been working with power systems for years, so they know the smells and sounds of the machines. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings. Usually, we just stand around a workbench and figure out how to fix a problem. Kopar Khairane is a busy place, and being in the MIDC keeps us close to other businesses we work with. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the local stalls nearby. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny building. We just want to make sure the equipment we send out is solid and does the job it’s supposed to do. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it works for us.
