Sbs Enviro Aqua Concepts Pvt. Ltd. is based in the MIDC area of Mahape. We are in Electronic Sadan-1, which is a well-known building in the T.T.C. Industrial Area. Our office is on the 3rd floor, at Plot No. 01, C-45. Being in an industrial zone like Mahape means the environment is very work-focused. There are factories and other tech companies all around us. The building is quite large and there are many people coming and going at all hours. Our floor is usually a bit quieter than the ground level where the loading and unloading happens. The office is a practical workspace where we manage our aqua concepts and environmental projects. It is a typical MIDC setup with functional rooms and a lot of paperwork. We spend most of our day here coordinating things and looking over data. The commute to Mahape can be a long one depending on where you are coming from, and the trains are always packed, but that is just part of working in this area. There is a canteen in the building where some of us go for lunch, or we just bring tiffin from home. It is a solid, no-nonsense place to work. We like being in a place that is dedicated to industry and getting things done. It feels right for the kind of engineering work we do.
