Shamel Projects India Pvt. Ltd. is located right here in Vashi. We’ve been set up in this part of Navi Mumbai for some time now. It’s a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to and there is always something happening around the corner. Our day-to-day usually involves looking over project plans and talking to various contractors. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees, just a dedicated group of people working on various project requirements. The office in Vashi is where we do all our planning and administrative stuff. It can get a bit messy with blueprints and notes scattered on the desks, but we know where everything is. We don't really go for those polished marketing brochures. We’d rather just show people the work we are actually doing on the ground. Vashi is a busy hub, so there’s always noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on our computers. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby when things get stressful. It’s a regular office life, really. We just focus on getting the projects finished on time. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture, just what we need to stay productive. It’s about the work, not the look of the office. We like being part of the local business community here. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and our clients. We stay focused on the tasks.
