In CBD- Belapur, our office is at Neco Chambers, room 108. Plot No. 48 in Sector 11 is a busy area with a lot of other businesses around. We do import and export work, which mostly means a lot of paperwork and phone calls to different ports and agencies. The office has a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time checking customs documents and tracking shipments on the computer. It’s mostly quiet except for the sound of the printer and the phones. Outside in the hallway, you can hear people from the other offices walking by. We have a small window that looks out towards the street, but there isn't much of a view. The air conditioning is usually running because it gets stuffy with all the computers on. We usually eat lunch at our desks while we wait for calls from different time zones. It’s a lot of waiting for one thing so we can finish another. Sometimes the courier guy comes in three or four times a day with envelopes and packages. We’ve been in Neco Chambers for several years now. It’s a standard office setup, nothing fancy, just a place where we get the logistics work done day by day. We keep a stack of ledgers and notebooks to track everything manually.
