We have been based here at Sector 11 in New Panvel East for a while now. Our office is in the Anagha building on Road Number 2. If you know this area, you know it's a mix of residential buildings and newer developments coming up. We mostly deal with infrastructure consulting work. This means a lot of time is spent looking at site plans, checking measurements, and talking to contractors about how things are being built. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes we are out in the sun at a site, and other days we are sitting at the desks here trying to figure out a problem with a drain or a road layout. People around here know us as the folks who handle the technical side of building things. We don’t really do fancy presentations or anything like that. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the engineering makes sense. The office isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to get through the daily tasks. New Panvel is changing fast, and we see a lot of that change from our window. Usually, we are busy with local projects, helping people figure out the best way to move forward with their construction ideas without making it too complicated. It is just a few of us here making sure the work gets done right. We deal with a lot of blueprints and dusty boots at the end of the day.
