Our office is in the Sagar Uday building, which is tucked behind Cidco Bhavan in Cbd Belapur. Belapur is a big hub for government offices and businesses, so it’s always active. We work on infrastructure projects. That means we spend a lot of time looking at maps, permits, and construction schedules. The office is full of rolled-up blueprints and heavy binders. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re a dedicated group that knows the ins and outs of building things. The walk from the station isn't too bad, which is good for the staff. We’ve been involved in various projects around the city for years. Sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming, but that’s just the nature of this business. We don't have any fancy marketing brochures. Most of our work comes because we’ve been around for a long time and people know we get the job done. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and talk about the news. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just talk about concrete, steel, and timelines. Being behind Cidco Bhavan makes it easy for us to handle the administrative side of things. It’s a solid place to work from and we plan to stay here for many more years to come. We like the local lunch spots too. The building is quiet enough that we can actually get work done.
