We are based at Plot No-C-302 in Sector-8, Airoli. If you know the neighborhood, we are right near Yash Paradise. It’s a decent area, mostly quiet compared to the main hubs. Our work involves a lot of red cylinders and safety gear, which takes up a lot of the floor space in our unit. We spend a lot of time checking dates on extinguishers and making sure the pressure gauges are pointing exactly where they should. It’s repetitive work, but it’s what we do. We often have to drive around to different buildings in Airoli to look at their setups. Our van is usually loaded with spare brackets and hoses. The office itself is pretty basic—just a couple of desks, a filing cabinet for all the paperwork, and a lot of equipment waiting to be serviced. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and you’ll likely see one of us in the middle of a task. We focus on the hardware and the rules we have to follow for safety. Sometimes we have to explain to people why they can't keep an old extinguisher from ten years ago, even if it looks fine. It’s not about selling them something new; it’s just about what works when it actually needs to. We’ve been in this Sector-8 spot for some time now and the locals know where to find us.
