Anubhav Telecome

If you find yourself in Sector 15 of Vashi, you will probably see the Vijya Bank. We are situated right across from it at B3/34/0-2. The shop is called Anubhav Telecome and we have been a part of this neighborhood for quite a long time. It is a small place, but we manage to fit in everything we need to help people with their phones. We sell a variety of mobile accessories and handle recharges, but a lot of our time is actually spent fixing cracked screens or battery issues. It’s a busy street, so we get a lot of people dropping in while they are out doing their errands. The bank across the way brings in a lot of foot traffic, which is nice. Inside the shop, it’s usually just me or one of the staff members behind the counter. We have shelves lined with chargers and covers and there is always a stack of phones waiting to be repaired in the back. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the shop, but we don’t mind it much. We know most of our customers by name since they live nearby. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just focus on being here when someone’s phone stops working or when they need a new SIM card. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in Vashi.
