You can find us in Vashi, specifically at the Haware Fantasia Business Park. Our unit is F-87 on the first floor. It is a big complex with many different offices, but we have our little corner where we keep our technical equipment and spare parts. We spend a lot of time looking at manuals or testing components at the workbench. It is a quiet place for the most part, except for the occasional sound of a delivery cart in the hallway. We moved into Sector 30 A because it’s a good central spot for the people we work with. The office isn't very large, so we have to be organized with how we store our tools and inventory. Sometimes it feels like we are living among the boxes. We usually have a pot of tea going and some paperwork that needs finishing. We don't do much in the way of advertising; most people find us because they need a specific part or a technical fix that’s hard to get elsewhere. We just handle things as they come in, whether it’s a small repair or someone looking for advice on a setup. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We like the routine of coming in, checking the orders, and getting through the technical tasks one by one until the day is done. The business park gets very busy during the middle of the day, but our unit stays fairly calm. We have a few old chairs for visitors, though most people just stand while we look at their gear.
