Sns Facility Management

We run Sns Facility Management out of the Kukreja Centre in CBD Belapur. It is a well-known building in the area, and we have our office set up there to manage all our daily operations. Facility management is one of those jobs where you are always on your toes. We handle everything from cleaning to maintenance for different buildings and offices. Our space in Kukreja Centre is mostly for the administrative side of things, like keeping track of staff and making sure we have enough supplies. It is not a very flashy office. We have got some desks, a few computers, and a lot of clipboards. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with our teams who are out at various sites. Belapur is a good place to be based because it is central for a lot of our clients. We have been doing this for a while now and have learned that the best way to work is just to be straightforward with people. We do not use big words or try to act like a giant corporation. We are just a local team that knows how to keep a building running properly. There are always small problems to solve, like a leak here or a light out there, but we just deal with them as they come up. It is busy work, but it keeps us moving.
