Our office is tucked away in Groma House, which is part of the big APMC Market in Sector 19. If you know that area, you know how hectic it gets with all the trucks and people moving goods around. We are on the seventh floor in plot 14-C. It is a bit quieter up there compared to the ground level where the market is buzzing. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps buildings and places running. It involves a lot of organizing and making sure people are where they need to be. We aren't really the type to have a polished reception area. Our desks are usually piled with folders and schedules. Most of our staff are out in the field, so the office can feel a bit empty sometimes, except for the sound of the fans and someone typing. Dealing with facility work means things go wrong at odd hours, so we are used to getting calls when we are about to go home. Vashi is a good place to be based because it is central for us. We’ve been in this building for a long time and the tea stall downstairs knows our order by heart. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible for the people who hire us. There is always something to fix or a problem to solve, but that’s the job.
