Pious Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is situated at R-341 in the TTC Industrial Area. We are right on the Thane Road in the Rabale MIDC. It’s a very industrial part of the world, with factories and warehouses everywhere you look. We have a good amount of space in our unit, R-341, but we manage to fill it up pretty quickly with all the stock and the machinery we need. The noise from Thane Road is something you just get used to after working here for a week or two. It’s a constant hum of heavy traffic and horns. We have a small group of workers who handle everything from the cleaning to the technical checks on the products. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate ladder climbing here. Everyone just does what is needed to keep things moving. We have a lot of tall shelves filled with different items. We spend a lot of time checking labels and expiration dates. The floor is hard concrete and we all have to wear sensible shoes to get through the day. It can be a bit cold in the mornings during the winter months, but it warms up fast once we get the lights on and get started. We have a little corner with some old chairs where we take our tea breaks. We usually talk about the cricket scores or what’s happening in the news. It’s a simple way to work.
