Galentic Pharma India Pvt Ltd is situated in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. Our office is at C 203 Channel Nest 2, which is on Plot No 12 in Sector No 7. Kamothe is a bit quieter than the main part of Mumbai, which we actually prefer. We are up on the second floor. Our work revolves around the pharmaceutical industry, so things have to be kept very orderly. We spend our time managing production schedules and talking to suppliers. The office has that specific smell of paper and clean surfaces. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and a small area for meetings. It is not a massive facility, but we manage to get a lot done. Most of the staff comes in from the surrounding Navi Mumbai areas. We usually start the day by checking the overnight emails and seeing if there are any issues with the batches. We are just a group of people who understand the medicine business. We don't do much marketing or shouting about ourselves. We just focus on the quality of what we are putting out. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving. It is a steady environment. We take our lunch breaks seriously and then get back to the spreadsheets. It is honest work in a growing part of the city.
