Our company, Svaj Pharmaceutical Private Limited, is located over at U-31 in the Balaji Industrial Park. That is in the MIDC area of Taloja. It’s a big industrial zone, so our neighbors are mostly other factories and warehouses. The building is a typical industrial unit—sturdy and built for work. We have a lot of space for our operations, which is necessary when you are dealing with pharmaceutical products on a larger scale. The air in Taloja usually smells like industry, and there’s always a hum of activity from the nearby units. We spend most of our time in the warehouse area or the small office space we’ve set up. There’s a lot of coming and going with delivery trucks and staff. It’s not the kind of place where walk-in customers just wander in; it’s more about the logistics and making sure the products are handled correctly. We keep a close eye on the inventory and the shipping schedules. It gets pretty busy, especially towards the end of the month when everyone is trying to hit their targets.
