Our place is located in the industrial belt near Turbhe Naka, right in the K V Bazar post area of Navi Mumbai. If you know the Thane-Belapur road, you know how busy this whole stretch is with factories and warehouses. It’s a very hardworking part of the city. We have a facility here where we handle various pharmaceutical industrial tasks. It’s a lot of movement, with people coming and going all the time. The air always smells a bit like dust and machinery. We aren't the kind of company that puts out a lot of polished brochures. We are more about the day-to-day grind of making sure the production stays on schedule. The staff here mostly comes from the nearby Navi Mumbai suburbs. We share a lot of the same daily struggles, like the heat and the traffic at the Naka. Our office is simple, just enough room for the desks and the records we need to keep. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just focus on the work in front of us. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We’ve been here for a while, and we just keep doing what we do, trying to stay efficient and reliable without making a big deal out of it. You see the same faces every day and we just get on with it, even when the shifts get long and the weather is rough.
