Picks Pharma

Picks Pharma is located at R-264 in the T.T.C. Industrial Area in Rabale. If you’ve ever been to Rabale, you know the M.I.D.C. is a massive place with lots of identical streets. Finding our specific block can be a bit of a challenge the first time you try. We are in a row of similar-looking industrial units. The building is solid and painted a plain grey. Inside, we have our operations set up for the pharma business. There’s a lot of focus on the daily logs and making sure all the supplies are exactly where they should be. The air in Rabale always has that heavy industrial smell to it. We get used to the sound of the big trucks backing up and beeping outside our door. Our team is pretty small and close-knit. We don't have a lot of hierarchy or fancy titles. If something heavy needs to be moved, we all just pitch in and help out. If a mess happens, someone grabs a mop without being asked. We eat our lunch together most days at a big wooden table in the back. It’s a good time to rest because the work can be physically tiring sometimes. We’ve had the same neighbors for several years, so we always say hello in the mornings. The power goes out once in a while, and we just wait it out. We don't try to pretend to be a big global firm.
