We are located at Shop 1 in the Sai Proviso Krutika building, right at Plot 87. If you are standing outside the N.M.M.C. Hospital in Sector 17 of Koparkhairane, you can see us just across the street. It is a busy corner where people are always coming and going. The shop isn't very large, but we have shelves lining all the walls from top to bottom. Most of the day is spent just organizing the stock and talking to the people who live in the housing society above us. We have been in this part of Navi Mumbai for quite a while now. The traffic on the main road outside gets pretty loud during the evening rush hour, but inside we just keep things moving. There is a small counter where we sit, and the floor is usually a bit dusty from all the foot traffic. We open up the shutters early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. Sometimes the deliveries arrive in big crates that take up all the floor space until we can sort through them. It is just a regular pharmacy where we handle the daily requirements of the neighborhood. We know most of the people who walk in by their first names. Koparkhairane has changed a lot over the years, with new buildings popping up everywhere, but our little spot in Sector 17 feels pretty much the same as it always has.
