Garima Overseas Placement India is located in Belapur. We don't have a giant office with a view. It's just a simple, functional space where we handle all our placement work. Most of our time is spent looking at piles of resumes and talking to people who are hoping to find a job somewhere else in the world. It’s a lot of responsibility, so we try to be as thorough as we can. Our office has a few computers, a lot of folders, and a printer that seems to always be running. Belapur is a busy place to be, and there is a lot of energy in the area. We have our routine of checking emails, making calls to different companies, and helping candidates with their documents. It’s not always exciting work. There is a lot of waiting for replies and double-checking dates. We don't use any fancy corporate language or make huge claims. We just look at what a person can do and try to find a match for them. We make our own coffee and occasionally order some food from the local places nearby. Some days are more stressful than others when a lot of things happen at once, but we just manage it. We’ve been here in Belapur for a while and we’re happy with the small, honest way we run things here. We just sit at our desks and get to work every morning.
