We've been based out of Sanpada for a while now, specifically in the Bhumiraj Coastarica building on the 10th floor. It’s office number 1005 if you’re looking for us on Palm Beach Road. The area stays pretty busy with traffic and all the other businesses in Sector 18. We mainly focus on concrete solutions which basically means we spend our days thinking about floors and how to make them last. It’s not flashy work, but it keeps us occupied. Most of the team is local and we know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the lifts in the building take a minute, but the view of the road from the tenth floor is alright. We started this because there was a need for someone who actually knew how to handle industrial flooring without making a mess of things. Concrete is a tricky material if you don't treat it right. We have our equipment and a small group of people who show up every day to get the job done. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things running smoothly. If you drop by, you’ll see we don't have a fancy setup, just desks and some samples scattered around. We spend more time out at sites than sitting in the office anyway. That's just how the business is. It’s a lot of dusty boots and measuring tapes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just reliable enough that people come back when they have another project for their workshop or warehouse.
