Techno Build Trader

You can find us at Shop No. 8 in the Shree Om Sadguru building over in Sector 15. We handle a lot of different trading items for building and construction. It gets a bit crowded in here with all the stock piled up, but we usually know exactly where everything is kept. People from around Belapur come by when they are starting a new project or just need to fix something that broke in their house. We have been at this location for a bit and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around Plot No. 122. Dealing with traders and suppliers takes up most of our morning, then the rest of the day is spent helping customers who walk into the shop. It’s not a shiny showroom or anything like that. It’s a real workplace. We have some regulars who have been buying from us since we first opened the doors. Sometimes we help with delivery if the order is big enough and we have enough hands for it. The phone rings a lot with people asking for prices on different materials. We try to keep things fair and simple. It’s just how we run things here. There’s always some dust from the road and the materials, but that is just part of the daily job. If you are near Sector 15, we are pretty easy to spot. We stay open late most days because that’s when people get off work and realize they forgot things.
