Our place is at Plot No. D-273/274 in the TTC Industrial Area, which is part of the MIDC area in Turbhe. It’s a fairly large plot because we have two numbers combined. The TTC Industrial Area is huge and it can be a bit like a maze if you don’t come here often. There are rows and rows of factories and units all doing different things. We spend our time at Forekay Tools Private Limited focused on the daily grind. The building is a typical industrial structure, functional and simple. There is plenty of room for our stuff, but it gets filled up quickly with tools and materials. Turbhe is a good location for being near other industrial businesses. The roads can get a bit rough with all the heavy trucks passing through. We usually have the doors open to let some air in while we work. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a place where work actually happens. We have some desks for the paperwork, but the main action is on the floor. People here have been working together for a while, so we have a bit of a routine going. We don't have much in the way of fancy signs or landscaping. It’s just the plot and the building. We show up, do what needs to be done, and go home. Forekay Tools Private Limited is just a part of the local industrial landscape here.
