Phulara's Powder Coating Plant

We've been running the shop here in Rabale for a while now. It's right in the T.T.C. Industrial Area. Mostly we just focus on getting the powder coating done right for whoever comes through the door. The plant stays pretty busy most days because there is always something that needs finishing. It's a dusty job but someone has to do it. We have the ovens and the spray booths set up. Usually, people from around Navi Mumbai find us easily enough once they get into the industrial zone. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular workshop where we work on metal parts and stuff. Most of our time is spent prepping the surfaces so the color actually sticks like it should. Sometimes the weather makes it tricky with the humidity, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just consistent. You'll see the sign when you drive down the main road in Rabale. My guys have been doing this for years, so they know the routine. We just get on with the work and try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of manual labor, lifting heavy racks and checking the finish. If you’re looking for the spot, we’re right there among the other factories. It gets loud with the fans and everything, but that's just how the plant runs. We're here most mornings starting early to beat the heat and get a head start on the orders.
