Profound Impex Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Sector 19. Our office is B-507 in Groma House. We are right opposite the APMC Dana Market, so there is always a lot of commercial activity going on right outside our window. You can see the trucks and the laborers moving bags of grain and other stuff all day. It’s a very active environment to work in. We manage our import and export operations from this fifth-floor space. It’s not a huge office, but it gives us enough room for our computers and the files we need to keep track of everything. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing out logistics details. The elevator in Groma House is sometimes a bit slow, so we end up waiting around with other people from different businesses. It’s a very practical place. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. We just have our workstations and a small corner for making tea. Our days are filled with checking prices and coordinating with the transport guys at the market. It’s about getting things from point A to point B without too much trouble. We don't make it sound more complicated than it is. It’s just about keeping the shipments on track and staying organized in the middle of all the market noise. We focus on the details of the trade and try to make sure every box is accounted for.
