Global International Imex Pvt. Ltd is situated on the 3rd Floor of Plot No. 97, Sector 19/A in the APMC Vashi area. Being near the market means it’s always hectic around here. You can hear the trucks and the shouting from the market all day long. Our office is just a regular space with some desks and a lot of files. We deal with import and export, so there are always papers about shipping containers and customs clearances laying around. It’s a small team of us working here. Most of the time we are on the computer or the phone trying to track down where a shipment is. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just sit around waiting for it to come back. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or anything, just a kettle in the corner. People stop by to drop off documents or talk about trade deals. Vashi is a good spot for this kind of work because of the location. We’ve been in this building for a few years now and the neighbors are all mostly in the same line of business. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of logistics and making sure the numbers add up. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time. It’s just how we do things here.
