Metlife India Insursnce Co Ltd

Our office is tucked away in 4 Bhakti Appts, which is over in Kaushalya Ramwadi, Panchavati. It is a nice enough part of Nasik, and having Metlife India Insursnce Co Ltd here makes it easy for the people in this neighborhood to find us. We are not in a huge glass building or anything, just a regular apartment style setup that we turned into a workspace. It is usually me and a couple of others handling the paperwork. We spend most of our time on the computer or filing things in the big metal cabinets. The light in here is good in the morning because of the windows. When clients come by, we just pull up a chair and talk through what they need. There is no corporate dress code here, we just wear what is comfortable for a long day at the desk. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the neighbors are moving around, but mostly it is a calm place to work. We have a lot of regular people who come in every few months. We know their names and they know ours. It feels more like a community office than a big insurance company branch. We keep a pot of water in the corner and a few magazines for anyone waiting. It is a simple life here in Panchavati, just doing the work day by day and keeping track of the files for everyone.
