Apex Con Ltd

You can find Apex Con Ltd over at Plot No 16 in Uday Colony. We are right on Makhamalabad Road in the Panchvati area of Nasik. It’s a good spot for us because we’re close to several ongoing projects. Our office is more like a place to keep the blueprints and tools than a fancy corporate suite. There’s usually some cement dust on the floor and a couple of hard hats lying around on the chairs. We started this because we liked building things. It’s hard work and the sun in Nasik can be brutal during the summer months. Most of our guys are out on the sites during the day, so the office stays pretty quiet until the evening. We have a big table in the middle where we spread out the plans. It’s not always organized but we know where everything is. We've done a lot of work around this neighborhood over the years. People know us by name around here. We don't use fancy brochures or anything like that. If someone needs something built or fixed, they just walk in or call us. It’s a straightforward construction business. We focus on getting the walls up and making sure everything is sturdy. Sometimes we stay late to finish the paperwork, but mostly we just focus on the physical work. Nasik is growing fast and we see new buildings going up everywhere. We're just glad to have our little spot on Makhamalabad Road to work from every day.
